Director Peter Jackson reunites the Beatles

Its New Zealand director Peter Jackson, best known as the author of the film adaptation of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, then decided to isolate John Lennon’s voice from the available audio recordings and offered the recording to Paul McCartney to use as accompaniment at his concerts.

The surviving Beatles member liked it and implemented the idea on his recent tour.

It turned out that it would probably not be difficult to get all four members of the Beatles on stage in the future. McCartney and Ringo Starr could be accompanied at a special performance by the voices of their late bandmates Lennon and George Harrison.

In addition, the director revealed that he would like to use the technology on screen as well. “I’m talking to the Beatles about another project, something very different from Get Back. We decide what the options are. It won’t be a documentary, that’s all I can reveal,” Jackson told Deadline magazine.
