Director of PT Tabi Bangun Papua Charged with Bribery of Governor of Papua Lukas Enembe

Director of PT Tabi Bangun Papua, Rijatono who is also a bribe to the Governor of Papua Luke Enembe, underwent trial at the Central Jakarta District Court. Rijatono was charged with bribery Luke Enembe of IDR 35.4 billion, the majority of which was provided in the form of building and renovating Lukas Enembe’s assets, including a hotel in Papua.

The amount allocated for construction and renovation is around Rp 34 billion. The prosecutor said that Rijatono provided a fee in the form of Rp. 1 billion in cash and a fee in the form of building or physically renovating Lukas’ assets of Rp. 34.4 billion through CV Walibhu with Fredrik Banne as PT Tabi Bangun Papua staff and CV Walibhu as field executor.

“Have committed or participated in several acts, although each of them is a crime or violation, there is a relationship in such a way that it must be seen as a continuous action, giving or promising something, namely giving a gift totaling Rp. 35,429,555,850,” the prosecutor read out. indictment.

Prosecutors said Rijatono bribed Lukas to get various projects at the Papua Provincial Government. Lukas’ intervention resulted in Rijatono Lakka receiving a number of projects at the Papua Provincial Government from 2018 to 2021. In total, Rijatono received 12 projects with a contract value of Rp. 110,46,553,936 (Rp. 110.4 billion).

“That apart from giving a fee of Rp. 1 billion to Lukas Enembe, in the period 2019 to 2021, the defendant also gave a fee to Lukas Enembe of Rp. 34,429,555,850 (Rp. 34.4 billion) in the form of construction or physical renovation of assets owned by Lukas Enembe via CV Walibhu with Fredrik Banne as field executor,” said the prosecutor.

2. Batching plan (land and batching set) located on Jalan Genyem Sentani, Jayapura Regency, total expenditure of IDR 2,422,704,600 (IDR 2.2 billion)

3. Kitchen (catering) located on Jalan S Condronegoro, Angkasa Pura Village, North Jayapura District, total expenditure of IDR 2,184,338,778 (IDR 2.1 billion)

4. Entrop’s boarding house (bore pile and boarding house) located in Entrop Village, Jayapura Selatan District, Jayapura City, total expenses of IDR 1,365,068,076 (IDR 1.3 billion).

5. The Leopard House, which is located on Jalan KRI Macan Tutul 10, Trikora Village, North Jayapura District, total expenditure of IDR 935,827,825 (IDR 935 million)

6. Inventory (trucks and cranes) located on Jalan S Condronegoro, Angkasa Pura Village, North Jayapura District, total expenditure of IDR 565,000,000 (IDR 565 million)

7. Entrop Land (land and fence) located in Entrop Village, South Jayapura District, Jayapura City, total expenditure of IDR 494,358,632 (IDR 494 million)
