TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Central Jakarta Metro Jaya Police officers arrested the director of a local private television station from East Java.
Apart from being a private TV director, the man who was appointed is also known to be active in uploading content on YouTube.
He was arrested on suspicion of spreading fake news.
Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Hengki Haryadi, confirming the arrest.
However, the Police Chief has not yet detailed the identity of the director of the private television.

Hengki Haryadi also has not disclosed the name of the private TV.
Similarly, false news such as what has been spread by the private TV has not been explained.
The Metro Police Chief promised that complete information regarding this arrest would be delivered today.
“What is clear is that we will release tomorrow (today, –Red) at the Regional Police,” said Hengki when confirmed in Jakarta, Thursday (14/10/2021), quoted from WartaKota.
