Rocket School is a next generation marketing and sales school. Coming from the Social and Solidarity Economy, the school is free, recruits on the basis of personality (without qualification conditions), trains in an ultra-operational way and places its students in the most beautiful startups. Attached to the National Directorate, the missions are centered around the following axes:
Operational management of the RS Nantes agency:
● Developed and managed the activities of Rocket School Nantes
● Be the guarantor of the agency’s results with regard to the objectives shared with the National Management, prepare reporting, monitor production
● Ensured the coordination between the team and the support services of Nantes and the National (sales, marketing, administrative, accounting)
Management :
● Maintain the dynamic with the promotions of learners, orchestrate the sharing of knowledge
● Contribute to the industrialization of methods and practices
● Ensured budget monitoring
● Piloting the learner recruitment phase: profile detection, technical qualification, candidate selection, contract proposal
Representation :
● Contribute to the notoriety and brand image of Rocket School outside
● Build and animate the network of partners
● Get involved in professional association action
● Carry out lobbying actions and maintain the network of influence
● Promote professions, service offerings and areas of expertise to institutional decision-makers
Development :
● Ensured the development of promotions, commercial management, recruitment of partner companies, in compliance with defined processes and objectives,
● Market the educational offer and lead prospecting
● Take part in the development of new courses
● Participated in the evolution of marketing and sales supports

Formation :
BAC + 5 or equivalent> 5 years of experience
