Director Manal Al-Saifi invited her husband, the artist Ashraf Moselhi Get well soon, after being admitted to the hospital again due to the deterioration of his health.
Manal Al-Saifi wrote on her Facebook account that she wanted an air-conditioned ambulance to transport her husband to the hospital, then she wrote: “Thank God, the ambulance found an air-conditioned car to transport him in.”
She wrote a number of religious supplications, and art stars came in to support her, and the artist Ahmed Saeed Abdel Ghani wrote: “Ajmadi” and Ahmed Al-Selkawi, may God strengthen you. The comments were dominated by prayers for the speedy recovery of her husband, including: “May God strengthen you, God willing, and may his lips be well, O Lord, may God strengthen you.” And help you and heal him, O Lord. May God support you, my beloved, and heal him, and reassure your heart about him. May God make it easy for you and heal him with a cure that leaves no ailment.”
Last July, director Manal Al-Saifi said during a phone call with journalist Iman Al-Hosary on her DMC Evening program broadcast on DMC channel: “A specialized medical team accompanies Ashraf at home 24 hours a day.”
She added: “The doctors after the operation confirmed that the condition is improving… and the tumor my husband has is one of the most dangerous types of cancer in the world. There is nothing but us preserving his life, and God is great and powerful… and thank God for every need and everything that God answers well, and the artist’s children are the only ones who know.” He suffers from a rare cancer… and I ask citizens to pray for the artist Ashraf Moselhi.”
