This research report reviews the Director Lawyer: Concept and Regulation in the Civil Procedure Code of 2016, considering for this, the normative assumptions of articles 20.2, 25.4, 124 and 125 of the aforementioned code, in addition to the criteria externalized by the national doctrine that is dedicated to the analysis of the scope of the aforementioned norms in relation to the concept and powers of the lawyer director of the process.
While the jurisprudence is in charge of applying this norm to different procedural situations; among which is the presentation of an appeal, the response of an incident of nullity, the collection of fees; among other situations.
