Director Dapeng at the premiere of the movie “Hot”: Huang Bo and Wang Yibo’s performance surpassed my imagination for the role
On July 19, the film “Enthusiasm”, directed by Dapeng, written by Su Biao and Dapeng, with Chen Zhixi as the chief producer, held its world premiere in Beijing. On the same day, Huang Bo, Wang Yibo, Liu Mintao, Yue Yunpeng, Xiaoshenyang, Zhang Zixian, Jiang Long and other leading actors gathered at the scene.
The movie “Enthusiasm” takes dreams as the theme of the film, showing the journey of a passionate teenager chasing dreams. Ding Lei (played by Huang Bo), a veteran hip-hop dancer, meets Chen Shuo (played by Wang Yibo), a young dancer who is passionate and sincerely chasing dreams. There are many masters in the dance troupe, with different personalities, colliding with Chen Shuo to create different sparks, and there are constant jokes. Chen Shuo cherishes this stage very much and looks forward to the opportunity to play, but finds that everything is not as smooth as imagined.
At the premiere, director Dapeng said frankly: “Brother Bo and Yibo’s interpretation of the characters has surpassed our imagination of Ding Lei and Chen Shuo. We wrote a lot of lines in the final round, but in the end, neither brother Bo said ‘otherwise’ nor Yibo said ‘play music’ is powerful. It is their understanding of the characters that created “Hot.”
Ding Lei and Chen Shuo’s passionate struggle between master and apprentice will soon sweep this summer vacation, and the two on the scene even restored the warm and loving head-to-head killing in the film. Huang Bo said: “The movie “Enthusiasm” is like a gust of wind. It doesn’t feel like there are clues slowly pulling it forward. I think it’s very good!”
On the same day, Liu Mintao, who played Chen Shuo’s mother, and his uncle Yue Yunpeng also gained the love of countless audiences. Liu Mintao even gave a bonus on the spot-singing “Zhang San’s Song”.
Speaking of “Hot”, Chen Zhixi, the chief producer who accompanied the film along the way, said frankly: “Although it is very hard on the set every day, I feel that the energy is endless. After they finish work, they will fight on the spot!”

It is reported that the movie “Hot” will be released nationwide on July 28, and will be screened nationwide from 14:00-16:00 on July 22 and 23.
