The International School of Rural Tourism and Nature of the Diputación de Granada (Enturna) has organized four free courses on strategy and digital marketing. These are training initiatives taught online through the ZOOM platform, and are aimed at businessmen and workers in the tourism sector. Each course has 100 enrollment places and a duration of four hours.
The first course, “Create and enhance a personal brand”, will be held on Thursday, March 11, and aims to train participants in the design of a strategic personal plan to create, develop and promote a personal brand in the digital environment . The deadline for submitting applications to this course ends on March 10.
“Strategy and digital marketing plan” will take place on March 18 and focuses on the design of a strategy that adds value to business. Through the digital marketing plan, the course allows to know the needs, desires or expectations of the ideal client of entrepreneurs, placing them in an advantageous position with respect to their competitors. The registration application period for this course ends on March 17.
“Digital skills: toolkit to digitize” is the third course offered by this training center dependent on the Granada Provincial Council. It will take place on March 25 and its purpose is to improve the digital skills of entrepreneurs through the use of social networks and tools in the cloud. The deadline to request enrollment in this course ends on March 24.
Finally, “Loyalty in Tourism and CRM” will take place on April 8. The course covers contents related to the challenges and opportunities of a tourism SME and the management of the customer relationship. The registration application period for the course ends on April 7.
