He did this as a form of protest against the extension PPKM. Dinar was seen wearing a pink bikini then a mask and black glasses.

When confirmed, the police said they were still investigating the location of the incident. According to netizens’ comments, the incident took place in the Lebak Bulus area, South Jakarta.
“In his comments, someone said that at the Lebak Bulus T-junction he said, but I confirmed with friends (police members) that no one knew there,” said Head of Operations Section of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Adjunct Senior Commissioner of Police Ruslan Idris told reporters, Wednesday August 4, 2021.
For that, continued Ruslan, his party is still exploring the exact location of this incident. According to several of Dinar’s colleagues who have been questioned, they said that the incident was not in the capital city. What Dinar said was done on the Island of the Gods. Therefore, he admitted that he could not say further.
“I called his friend, he said it was in Bali a few days ago,” said Ruslan.
Dinar Candy did this because he was stressed because the PPKM was extended. He also carried a banner with the inscription when carrying out the action. Now the upload is no longer visible on his Instagram account. When met on different occasions, Dinar Candy had time to explain about his actions.
“I’m very disappointed, because my work is limited, I can’t do anything, that’s one of the posts that shows my disappointment and my annoyance. I’m a bit of an odd person, so my character is sexy on social media, that’s why I went down in a bikini to the street,” he said.
