Police have upgraded status Dinar Candy related to the bikini action on the roadside. Dinar Candy He has now been named a suspect in a pornography case.
“From the investigation process with the available evidence, then we named sister DC as a suspect,” said South Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Azis Andriansyah at a press conference at the South Jakarta Metro Police, South Jakarta, Thursday (5/8/2021).
Azis added that Dinar Candy was charged with Law Number 36 of 2008 concerning Pornography with a threat of 10 years or a fine of Rp. 5 billion.
Azis said the determination of the suspect was made after the police conducted a case. From the results of the case, it was concluded that Dinar Candy’s action fulfilled a criminal element.
“After we go through the investigation stage and collect some witness statements. From the investigation, we will increase it to the status of an investigation,” he said.
Previously, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus reminded that Indonesia upholds norms.
“But we all know that what we need to understand is that our country is a Pancasila state, a country (that upholds) religious norms, moral norms. We are the thickest in our country, yes, this is the basis,” said Kombes Yusri during a press conference at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Jl Wijaya I, South Jakarta, Thursday (5/8/2021).
