Dinamo hooligans in Greece despite UEFA ban – Fears of incidents – 2024-03-15 05:31:04

The Greek police have been alerted by the information that around 80 Dinamo Zagreb fans, despite the UEFA ban, have made a plan to travel through Alexandroupolis to Thessaloniki for the match against PAOK.

The northern double-header welcomes the Croatians on Thursday (14/3) in the second leg for the round of 16 of the Europa Conference League. The police, for its part, aims to make everything run smoothly and as “Macedonia” reports on its website, things may not be that simple.

It is recalled that Dinamo Zagreb is the team whose fans got involved with AEK fans last summer in New Philadelphia, resulting in the fatal injury of the fan, Michalis Katsouri.

The reason is the information that exists and states that 80 Dinamo Zagreb fans, despite the ban that exists after the events that led to the murder of Michalis Katsouri in New Philadelphia last August, have made a plan to get to Thessaloniki via Alexandroupoli.

Thus, the police have been ordered to bring in Croats, if of course the information is correct and they arrive in the city.
