Prosecutor Kraleva stated that from the collected evidence it can be reasonably assumed that Minev was the perpetrator of the act. Both charges of which he is charged are punishable by imprisonment.

“From the collected evidence, it is clear that Minev was detained in an annex in the courtyard. The criminal acts were carried out by another person who has not been detained at this time – Antoniy Lefterov” said lawyer Kamen Kanev for his part.
He explained that, according to his defense attorney, Antoniy was in the building when the inspection was carried out and managed to escape. He is still being sought at this time. The house where Minev lives has several outbuildings and he co-owns it. Antony was in charge there.
Lawyer Kanev did not give an explanation that Minev did not alert the authorities when he saw what was happening in his co-property.
„There is no evidence that he was paid to remain silent” said lawyer Kanev.
