Dillian Whyte Lose KO, Duel Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua Open Wide Page all

KOMPAS.com – A fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua wide open after defeat Dillian Whyte from Alexander Povetkin.

Dillian Whyte suffered a knockout defeat in the fifth round from Alexander Povetkin in a duel heavyweight boxing.

The duel between Whyte and Povetkin took place in Brentwood, England, Saturday (22/8/2020).

These results also made Dillian Whyte fail to defend the WBC interim heavyweight champion belt.

In addition, the defeat to Povetkin will disrupt the British boxer’s path to pursue the world heavyweight champion belt.

WBC had originally confirmed that Whyte would face Tyson Fury in the race for the belt.

The match will be a mandatory battle for Fury, who is the WBC heavyweight champion.

However, Whyte’s defeat appears to have seen Tyson Fury (WBC champion) and Anthony Joshua (IBF, WBA, WBO, IBO champion) battle for the title of true world heavyweight champion or undisputed champion, become more quickly realized.

When Whyte wins over Povetkin, then wins again over Fury, the great Fury vs Joshua match may be hard to come by.

However, after Whyte lost to Povetkin, WBC might come up with another scenario for Fury.
