Tears of joy and happiness on this finish line in Rivière-Pilote. With his 22.09.52 minutes, the rider from the Guyana Selection set the best time in this time trial at Rivière-Pilote. And what a surprise to discover that his wife and family made the trip to encourage him.
Eddy-Michel Cadet-Marthe (Madinina Bikers Team Gedimat) retains his 2nd place overall. The gap with the yellow jersey is 2.03 minutes.

During the road race of the first section this Saturday morning (July 15), the rider of the Pedal Pilotine Blue Car Camilo Andres Castro Pulido was the victim of a serious road accident on the course. The man was taken to the emergency room of the Pierre Zobda-Quitman hospital. The driver, in a state of shock, was also taken care of.
