Another young American is grabbing attention for impressive performances in England.
Daryl Dike has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs during his loan spell at Barnsley this season, scoring three goals in eight appearances so far, and helping the team go unbeaten since his debut.
According to BBC Sport, Orlando City, the player’s parent club, have received offers of around 10 million euros, which also included 20 percent of any future sale.
The report suggests that the bid came from one of ‘the big six’, with those clubs being Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham.
Dike would become just the latest American to join a major European team.
Christian Pulisic is already at Chelsea, Weston McKennie has done well at Juventus, Sergino Dest is at Barcelona, as well as others.
