“Dijon’s Spring Braderie: A Three-Day Celebration of Shopping, Art, and Local Crafts”

It is in May that Dijon finds its spring colors and its commercial animation with the return of the traditional Spring Braderie. Started yesterday, this popular fair will reach its peak today, despite somewhat capricious weather. From Friday May 12 to Sunday May 14, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., the streets of the city come alive for three days of festivities.

Your Dijon merchants are unveiled throughout the city center during these three days. They showcase their best deals and products, turning the streets into a vast open-air showroom.

But that’s not all. This year, the Braderie de Printemps also welcomes street vendors from all over France. You will find them on Rue de la Liberté and Place Darcy, today Saturday May 13 and tomorrow Sunday May 14, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Lovers of art and local creations can go to Place Notre-Dame, where an Arts Zone has been set up for the occasion. This will be the opportunity to discover unique artisanal works, presented by their creators.

For lovers of Burgundy crafts, go to Place François Rude. In partnership with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts BFC, a special exhibition will allow you to discover the craftsmen of Burgundy and their unique know-how, this Saturday May 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In addition, a contest organized by Shop In Dijon from May 5 to 13, 2023 promises to spoil its participants with exceptional prizes. The lucky winners will be contacted by telephone on Sunday May 14, 2023, the day of the draw.

For the convenience of visitors, Shop In Dijon also offers the “little +”. Present your cash receipt issued during the Braderie, and benefit from two hours of parking in the underground car park or a round trip by bus & tram offered. The operation starts on Friday May 12 and ends on Sunday May 14, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., within the limit of one ticket per day and per person.
