DIJON: The operation Cupcakes from the heart at the Toison d’Or raised 2,265 euros

The operation which took place on March 26 at the Toison d’Or shopping center made it possible to donate this sum, in equal parts, to two associations: Handi’Chiens Dijon and Chiens Guides de l’Est.

The Operation, the Cupcakes from the heart, which took place for the 4th consecutive year at Toison d’Or this Saturday, March 26, was a great success. A total of 2,265 euros in donations were collected throughout the day, for the benefit of the two associations involved in this awareness-raising operation: Handi’Chiens Dijon and Chiens Guides de l’Est.
The Cupcakes du Coeur continue to confirm their momentum at Toison d’Or over the years.

Indeed, thanks to the mobilization of the partners, Muriel Arcos and Columbus Café, which for this edition joined the solidarity approach by offering iced teas, 2265 euros were collected for the benefit of the associations Handi’Chiens Dijon and Chiens Guides from the east.

The public also came in large numbers to discover the workshops offered throughout the day, and to discuss with the association leaders and the volunteers present in the center.

The donations collected were divided equally between the two associations at the end of this event; they will thus be able to finance new puppies or support programs dedicated to people with disabilities. “This 4th edition confirms the enthusiasm of our visitors for solidarity operations and our vocation as a place of sharing” emphasizes Slim Keller, Director of the center. “We will certainly renew operations of this type in the coming months,” he said.
