Rising prices in almost all neighborhoods
In one year, the median prices per square meter of old apartments have increased in eight of the nine districts of Dijon. Thus, they particularly soared at Montchapet (€2,370, i.e. +16.8%) and at La Toison-d’Or (€2,700, +8.4%) but on the other hand fell at Grésilles (€1,670 , -8.7%).
Moreover, there are disparities between the sectors of the same district. This is the case for Chevreul-Parc, with an increase of 10.8% around the Colombière park, but a drop of 2.1% for Poussots. Another example: in the University district, last, prices rose by 13.5% around the CHU Dijon-Bourgogne and “only” 1.2% in Montmuzard….
