From June 2 to 6, the public is invited to discover new reading horizons around the theme of Nature and its links with man.

Unmissable event in the cultural life of Dijon, the 9th edition of Clameur (s) will take place from June 2 to 6, 2021. Original project of the city of Dijon, implemented by the municipal library, the event is built with all the actors of the book. Each year, it invites a large audience to discover new horizons of reading around a new theme.
The 2021 meetings explore the theme of Nature and its links with man. Readers will thus be able to discuss and share with the invited authors of fiction and human sciences works around this universal subject.
This year, the event has been adapted to comply with health measures. A hybrid program extended over 5 days will make it possible to follow the meetings face-to-face or in digital version.

This exhibition traces the work carried out by Julien LESNE hosted in residence in Dijon as part of the project of the France Urbaine association “2020: year of comics – France loves the 9th art” initiated in 2020 by the Ministry of Culture, in conjunction with the National Book Center (CNL) and the International City of Comics and Images (CIBDI) to promote comics.
The author presents several comic strips through a historical character on the theme of nature. This residency gave rise to fifteen workshops in five Dijon primary schools.
