In terms of attractiveness, the Dijon metropolis stands out. In the 2023 edition of the Arthur Loyd barometer “Attractiveness & resilience of metropolises”, which presents itself as “a tool for measuring the attractiveness of metropolises and the dynamism of territories”, Dijon gains four places: it now ranks second on sixteen intermediate metropolises (300,000 to 500,000 inhabitants), behind Angers, but ahead of Reims, Brest, Caen, Metz, Saint-Étienne or Le Havre.
