To develop her host kitchen, Nolwenn Legendre, the owner of the Columbus outlets in Dijon (Darcy and Godrans), had to redesign her kitchen and invest in a refrigerator and two freezers for an amount of € 10,000.
While waiting to know if, in the long term, it creates a specific point of sale, the orders are only carried out for the moment via the delivery platforms Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat. “We are first in the network for delivery out of the fifty Columbus who offer it (out of nearly 200 in France, note),” says Nolwenn Legendre.
