Digital Mind Founder Reveals Company’s Plans for 2023, Livonia Partners Announces New Investment Deals

AS “Digital Mind” was founded in 2005, and its share capital is 35,572 euros. The real beneficiary of the company is Rinalds Sluckis. The company’s offices are located in Riga, Vilnius, Warsaw and Tallinn. The company informs that in 2023 the company’s total income will reach 14 million euros. In the markets of Lithuania and Poland, the company operates under the brand “Alna Business”.

“Livonia Partners” is a Baltic private equity investment fund. The “Livonia” team works in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and it currently manages the existing investment portfolio, as well as makes new investments from the second fund of 157 million euros. Other recent investment deals include BestAir and Zave (distributors of heat pumps and green home climate solutions), Stebby (Baltic’s largest employee benefits network). The fund’s investors are Baltic and Nordic pension funds, including “Swedbank”, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Fund (EIF), which invests through the Baltic Innovation Fund 2 (an initiative created by the cooperation of the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania and EIF) and others.
