One of the great concerns when choosing between different training alternatives is job opportunities. The question of whether there is a place in the market for what you want to study is usually decisive when making a decision. And in this dynamic of constant advances and the appearance of new needs, the digital market has been one of the most eager in the demand for new talents. That demand is what Global Learning intends to respond to with the new Digital Marketing course that will launch on March 16.
“Our goal as a company is to create quality jobs. We seek to reduce the great gap that exists between the needs of digital talent companies and the need of people who want to work, but do not have the skills and technical capabilities to do so ”, he explains Patricia cerrizuela, co-founder and CEO of Global Learning. “Our partners are technology companies, and from that place we seek to generate job opportunities. We measure our success not by the number of courses we sell, but by the job placement rate ”, he warns.
Horse of battle
Although Global Learning also offers training courses in Programming, the main focus of this year is on Digital Marketing. “It is a course that lasts five months, it is 100% online and it takes a lot of practice. The classes are twice a week, lasting two and a half hours, to which are added the practice classes, ”reports Cerrizuela.
The training is complemented by accompanying the student on the way to the world of work. “Global Learning has a community of organizations that require that talent after training. What we put together is a job bank, of which our students become part. In this community there are companies not only from Tucumán, but also from other provinces. Anyway, they can also be in any other company that is not part of that community. The important thing is that you train in five months and you have a practically guaranteed job opportunity in a market that is constantly growing and demanding talent ”, highlights the director.
However, he clarifies that it is also oriented towards an independent projection. “We promote entrepreneurship and we dedicate a specific module to it. We understand that students can not only go out to work in a dependent relationship in other companies, but also generate their own or be freelancers ”, completes Cerrizuela.
