You lead the digital marketing team, set clear goals, promote individual development and ensure close team collaboration. In doing so, you ensure effective workflows, budget compliance and the achievement of the planned results.
- Data-driven insights:
You lead and develop the data analysis team, use data analysis and reporting to continuously optimize campaign success, and share consumer and product information with product planning. You use tracking, digital marketing and project management tools.
You will be responsible for the digital marketing, CRM and website budgets, including planning, allocating and tracking expenses. You work closely with the HQ in Tokyo and the marketing departments of the subsidiaries in Europe.
