Although the Grand Prix will be held on German soil next weekend, the race will still be known as the Grand Prix of the Eifel. You can read why that is here. Just like the name, the time of the Grand Prix also deviates from the European schedule that we got to know in recent months.
On Friday, both training sessions start at the normal time. This means that the first free practice will start at 11:00 AM, followed by the second practice session at 3:00 PM. We don’t see any changes on Saturday either, with the start of the third practice at 12:00 PM and the start of qualifying at 3:00 PM.
However, the start time of the Grand Prix of the Eifel differs from the other European races that we have seen this season up to this point. On Sunday 11 October at 14:10 sharp, the drivers will leave for a warm-up lap and sixty racing laps.
