From February to September, the Pachuca DIF System headed by Bárbara Montaño Sánchez Mejorada, has benefited 155 pachuqueñas and pachuqueños, mostly older adults, with the loan of oxygen concentrators for the treatment of COVID-19.
The Bank of Oxygen Concentrators, created at the initiative of the Municipal President of Pachuca, Sergio Edgar Baños Rubio, has been operating since February through the Pachuca DIF and has 50 units.
The requirements to receive this service are: INE credential of the applicant and the patient; proof of address in Pachuca; copy of the patient’s COVID-19 test and diagnosis or prescription where a doctor prescribes the use of an oxygen concentrator.
The loan of the oxygen concentrator is for 15 calendar days, with the possibility of extending it for an additional 15 calendar days, if a new prescription is presented.
