“The reality and seriousness of the risks of material disturbance to public order have not been established.”
The show, described by Dieudonné as his “new and last show,” will run until January 15th aboard a bus, dubbed the “Dieudobus,” parked at Porte d’Issy in Paris. the limited seating capacity of 73 spectators further mitigates concerns about large-scale disruptions.
Dieudonné himself celebrated the court’s decision on X (formerly Twitter), declaring:

He also claimed victory and announced that the state was ordered to pay him €1000.
