MONDAY – Breakfast: as soon as you get up: drink a glass of water. Breakfast should be made within half an hour of waking up. Breakfast: a cup of green tea; an apple or a pear or a kiwi or a banana; 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread with smoked salmon; a veil of pureed avocado; 15 hazelnuts; fresh lemon juice. Or a Greek yogurt with 0% fat; whole grain oat flakes; 15 almonds; a teaspoon of flax seeds. – Lunch: carrot salad; brown rice with courgettes and 2 teaspoons of lean ricotta. – Price: mixed salad; veal slices cooked in a pan with tomato sauce and herbs. – After dinner: a relaxing herbal tea with lime or lemon balm.
MAINTENANCE After the diet it is advisable to continue to follow the combinations and division of foods throughout the day with a hearty breakfast, a full lunch and a light dinner, following the indications provided by the menus.
