This Thursday, the first edition of the Premios Ídolo (Idol Awards) was held in Argentina, which honor content creators. The ceremony was held in the Tatterstal Hall of the San Isidro Hippodrome, where the Urbana Play journalist was in charge of hosting along with Nico Occhiato. The gala was broadcast on Luzu TV, a streaming channel that has Leuco among its most important figures with his morning program Antes que nadie and was among the nominees.

“Do you know any of these people, right?” Occhiato asked her co-host while the Current Affairs category was on screen. There were Lara López Calvo, Mamá Ahorro, Mai Pistiner and of course, Diego Leuco. “Yes, maybe some of them,” Martínez replied, playing along with her partner. To continue with the same code, Occhiato went further and mentioned the new appearance of the former Telenoche host. “Did you like how Leuco’s new haircut turned out? You saw that he got bangs,” Occhiato asked, and Sofía gave her version: “Yeah, I really liked it. He actually got his topknot,” she analyzed.

While this back and forth was happening, Diego appeared on screen and laughed awkwardly but in a good mood. Upon seeing this clip, Internet users were quick to make it go viral and wondered if this exchange brought some information about the relationship or if there was actually just good vibes between the exes.

In addition to this moment on air, this Friday Sofi uploaded a series of images on her Instagram account where she has almost two million followers reliving what her hosting was like. “Idol Awards 2024. Here is a version of me smiling from ear to ear dressed by Ramírez. I never imagined saying that. Thank you for thinking of me to host with Nico, we had fun from start to finish,” wrote the journalist who follows the Argentine national team on Public TV.

Although the post garnered more than 78 thousand likes and hundreds of comments from his colleagues, fans, family and friends who gave him many compliments, there was one that did not go unnoticed by Internet users, since lost among so many names was the one that everyone wanted to be there: Diego Leuco.

On Sofi’s post, the journalist commented with three emojis of clapping hands expressing his congratulations for his ex. At the time of writing this note, Leuco’s message had more than 600 likes and many responses from users who expressed their wish for reconciliation for the couple. “I love you,” “Please come back,” “I’ll die if you confirm the return,” were some of the wishes reflected on the virtual wall.

It should be noted that for the moment neither Sofi Martínez nor Diego Leuco have confirmed a reconciliation, but the good relationship that remained despite the separation is evident and, in turn, there are many fans who long for a second chance for the relationship.
