Tim Hofman won the prize for Best Positive Impact, Diederik Gommers won Best Stay-at-home content, Rob Jetten won the award for Best Politician and Linda Hakeboom received the award for Best Instagrammer. Hakeboom captured her fight against cancer on Instagram. Radio DJ Bram Krikke has also been named Best Personality for the second time.

Rob Jetten was surprised by his colleague Jesse Klaver after his win. Klaver was also allowed to take the prize home a number of times. The two were recently hugely popular under the hashtag #RESSE, as TikTokkers thought the two would make a nice couple. As a surprise, Jetten received a bright red tracksuit from Klaver, which matches the yellow suit that Klaver himself went viral with.

Also this year, for the first time, a prize was awarded to a person over 65 who is active and creative on social media. That went to 86-year-old Oma Miep with her videos on Instagram and YouTube, which she makes together with her granddaughter Denise.

The winners were determined by a jury and the public. In total, about 230,000 votes were received. Other winners include Roel van Velzen, Robbert Rodenburg, Marie-Claire’s Hair Clip and Bas Smit’s Freek de Schildpad.
