According to former Tatler editor-in-chief Arian Romanovsky, domestic stars and businessmen are infatuated with this unusual technique that relieves stress and anxiety. Malakhov, Romanovsky says, inhales the miracle gas in one of the capital’s clinics, while some of his colleagues do the inhalations at home. It turns out that there are visiting xenon teams, made up of resuscitators. The procedure is not cheap – the cost of one session can reach up to 60 thousand rubles.
Medical xenon is an odorless and tasteless gas. At low concentrations it used to treat insomnia, anxiety disorders and pain therapy. The gas, according to experts, is quickly excreted from the body and is not addictive. The National Ministry of Health authorized the use of xenon in 2010.
“The sensations of xenon therapy are more or less the same: the body is gradually covered with a large hot wave, a pleasant goose bumps begin to run through it, and bad thoughts disappear. Someone falls asleep, someone, on the contrary, abruptly clears up. the mind and intuitions come … ”, says Arian Romanovsky.
However, xenon therapy is not as harmless as it may seem at first glance. Mistakes in dosage lead to sad side effects. A few months ago, for example, in Moscow, a 45-year-old top manager died from inhalation.
