Binocular vision
The customer appointment itself lasts about two hours – including special measurements with high-quality equipment. The opticians rely on special measuring methods for binocular vision. This means that the interaction of both eyes is examined. This includes, among other things, the DNEye Scanner von Rodenstock for use that evaluates the eyes at over 10,000 measuring points.
Through additional measurements and personal discussions, an individual biometric eye model is created, which serves as a template for the production of lenses. The glasses are precisely fitted in the in-house workshop.
Glasses have to fit into life
For Ms. Timm, it is important that customers find the right glasses for every area of life. A single pair of glasses is often not enough to protect the eyes from UV radiation or screen light and at the same time provide the necessary support in everyday life. The team therefore also advises on sunglasses, PC glasses and everyday glasses. Depending on your needs, they also offer sports and leisure glasses.
When the new glasses arrive, the team invites you to a service appointment after four weeks to check, among other things, whether they fit well. And whether it fulfills all your wishes.
