Lhe professor of medicine Didier Sicard, who headed the National Ethics Advisory Committee from 1999 to 2008, is the author of a report on the end of life submitted in 2012. He also chaired, from 2009, the Committee of Experts of the Institute for Health Data, a public structure whose objective was to facilitate access to as many people as possible. He estimates that Point has been the subject of a « censure ».
Point : What do you think of the astonishing decision, taken by the Ministry of Health and the Cnil, to prohibit the “Point” from accessing health data?
