An extremely lucky Norwegian won NOK 82.8 million in the Viking lotto on Wednesday night. But he still doesn’t know it himself.

On Wednesday night, it was a Norwegian player who alone scored 6 + 1 in a row at Vikinglotto, and with that he won the entire huge pot of NOK 82.8 million.
But Hamar’s dream phone has not yet been answered.
Norsk Tipping’s lottery and draw manager Ingrid Roterud Mathisen says she has tried several times to get in touch with the person in question without success.
– We haven’t got the person yet. We tried to call several times, the last one was tonight at 10.10pm, she says Wednesday night.
Mathisen goes on to say that they will call again on Thursday at 10:00 and then hope to get in touch with the person in question.
– It will be incredibly exciting to reach and pass this on. We can not wait.
– What do you do if you don’t get a reply?
– We will have an answer. The phone number is obviously in use, so in that sense it’s not that scary at first, says Mathisen.
It helps to digest the sum
Digesting such a heavy sum is something most people need a little help with. Mathisen says they have financial and legal advisors who will speak with the winner.
– An incredible number of questions arise that you hadn’t thought of before, and therefore professionals are needed to help you answer everything from the simplest to the most complex questions.
He goes on to say that the prize will be held until they have talked to the winner.
