Did fraudsters crash into their car here?

A woman from the USA filmed suspected insurance fraudsters and posted the clip online. The video went viral.

Queens (New York, USA) – A TikTok-Video with over 35 million views is currently heating up people’s minds. Footage from a car dashcam shows suspected fraudsters causing a car accident – presumably to get money from the insurance company.

Ashpia Natasha shared the Clip on TikTok in which she describes her experience. The alleged fraud attempt is said to have occurred on a street in the New York borough of Queens on October 16 (local time).

Footage shows her slamming on the brakes in her car after the car in front of her pulls into her lane and the person behind the wheel suddenly gets on the irons. She managed to brake just in time.

But then the car in front of her goes into reverse and slams into her front. “They had a tarp over the back windshield that fell off when they hit my car,” Ashpia said in the video description. They probably changed the driver of the accident car again.

One after the other, the four occupants get out of the vehicle, some of them hold their heads and film their car – only to supposedly ask about Ashpia’s insurance and then quickly disappear again.

“It all happened so quickly,” said Ashpia Natasha, who posted the TikTok clip

“At that point I didn’t realize that the driver had changed cars and left in another car, or that it was a trap because I was driving alone and everything happened so quickly,” Ashpia said. A second one published by her Video shows the red Kia behind her, which presumably also belongs to the gang.

Users who commented on the videos are also sure that Ashpia fell for fraudsters: “You can see the moment when he realizes that there is a dashcam,” said one user. “Clear insurance fraud. Luckily you had the dashcam,” another commented.
