At the end of the third Sunday gala of La Casa de los Famosos México 2024, where Luis ‘Potro’ Caballero was the one eliminated that night, the spirits in the house were raised by the members of the Tierra team, especially Adrián Marcelo.
Late at night, Adrián spoke with Arath de la Torre to question his game strategy, which, according to the Monterrey native, he uses especially against him and to upset him; so he launched a strong threat against the Hoy host:

Although Adrián Marcelo had previously commented with Mariana Echeverría and Agustín that he was willing to play ‘dirty’ within La Casa de los Famosos in order to hurt the participants of the fourth Mar, especially Arath de la Torre and Gala Montes, because, according to him, he has nothing to lose.
“I’m going to deliver content through that and until the public holds out and takes me out and I’m happy, I have nothing to lose, I’m the one who has the most to gain in this house, nobody knows me at Televisa (…) I’m going for it and I’m going to go in hard, the gossip that Shanik gave me is coming”
After these statements, Adrián Marcelo confronted de la Torre in the kitchen of the Casa de los Famosos and surrounded by other residents such as Gala or Mariana Echeverría, who also attacked Arath, denying that Adrián Marcelo’s words were a threat against her.
And the fact is that Adrián Marcelo provoked Arath de la Torre by stating that his audience on Hoy prefers to see Nicola Porcella on the programme, which is why, according to Adrián, Arath has not left the reality show.
“I’m not sleeping at night because I’m accumulating things that I’m going to use later. I hope I leave sooner so I don’t have to use them,” the YouTuber said.

After remaining silent, listening to his reality show partner and naming the threats against him, Arath de la Torre responded that he is not willing to continue like this: “I am not going to live under threats,” he said before reiterating that he will try to leave the reality show.
In response to his concise response, Mariana Echeverría told him that they were not threatening him, but that she implied that he no longer wants to be in the Casa de los Famosos; while Adrián Marcelo continued with the attack, assuring that the host from Mexico City attacks him in a passive-aggressive manner.
In ‘Hoy’ they defend Arath de la Torre
The criticism of Adrián Marcelo’s style of play, behaviour, incitement to violence and personality outside La Casa de los Famosos has not only surprised the audience, but other personalities in the world of entertainment have also disapproved of his performance on the reality show. Such is the case of Arath de la Torre’s colleagues on the Hoy programme.
This morning, the hosts, including Nicola Porcella, Arath’s substitute in the morning show, talked about the scene that Adrián Marcelo starred in and questioned his emotional and psychological stability, since among the competitor’s statements he also stated that he does not sleep to achieve a state of alert-violent that can trigger more problems inside the house.
Andrea Legarreta applauded Arath’s courage, as he managed to stand firm against Adrián’s attacks without falling for his provocations, the same point of view he gave to Gala Montes.
