Diablo IV hotfixes take over, bug fixes, and late game enemies buffs
Diablo 4 has launched smoothly so far during the early access period. However, Blizzard’s latest click structure isn’t perfect yet, and two new hotfixes were released yesterday to tweak wizard, rogue, and monster strength later in the game.
Blizzard detailed Hotfix 1 and 2, both released on June 2, in the official forums. Hotfix 2 reduced the item drop rate and fixed a few bugs, including “various stability and crash fixes”. Hotfix 1 is more interesting, but the patch notes are short so I’ll include them in full.

Diablo IV is available for those who don’t want to pre-order on June 6th. However, our Diablo IV review is already in the running, with Alice giving it the welcome treatment and showering it with faint praise, calling it “well-made” but lamenting that it “was only just made aware of how limited my life is.” If you want to gain a similar awareness, of course we have guides for the best Diablo 4 chapters.
