Not all unique items in Diablo 4 are created equal, some are relatively common, while the odds of finding rarer ones like the Shako, aka Harlequin Crest, are even lower than winning the Euromillions. Learn about the different categories in this guide.
Diablo 4 takes a bit of inspiration from Diablo 2, in which the best runes, some unique items like Tyrael’s Armor, were very rare. But strangely, the developers have decided to take things even further, with objects that a tiny handful of players will be lucky enough to find. Suffice to say that you should absolutely not count on these objects in your build in the current state of the game, nor during Season 1.
That being said, it is sometimes possible to seize opportunities to obtain them, by being very fast. Many players managed to obtain the Shako, during the few hours it could be obtained from the Hellwave Mystery Chests. But the developers have remedied the thing in record time. Too bad they don’t do the same for other issues. Lucky players took advantage of this opportunity to keep their finds.

The ultimate loot and the rarest and most powerful gear tier in Diablo IV, unique items are the holy grail of your build. With characteristics and powers of their own, they are difficult to find. Here is the list of all unique items in this guide.
General and how to get a unique uber item?
There are a few conditions to meet. According to the developers, these items are only found on enemies of level 85 and above, in a difficulty mode that allows you to obtain them. This means in World Level 3 and 4. These objects always have a level of power of 820. There is currently 6 uber unique items, others may be introduced with the seasons. As said above, they are extremely rare. We don’t have precise figures, but you will meet some one every few million hours of play. This means that the majority of players will never come across one in their life. They cannot be obtained through Whispering Tree Favors or betting. For the record, the “uber” of “uber unique” is just a historical convention of the Diablo license. With the overpowered ultimate bosses of Diablo 2, then Diablo 3, who were called the “uber bosses” by the community. Uber is a German word, which means “super” “mega” “extreme”. It has nothing to do with the company that replaces taxis and delivers meals to you.
