DI-RECT has been added to the list of regular artists during The Friends of Amstel LIVE 2020. After a surprise performance during the Kensington show, the band leaves on Friday Twitter managed to perform together with Kensington during the music shows in Rotterdam Ahoy.

DI-RECT and Kensington played together with a forty-member orchestra on Thursday hits from their childhood idols. Nirvana, Rage Against The Machine, Oasis, Blur and Robbie Williams were among the artists who played the two bands.
DI-RECT also performed during 2019 The Friends of Amstel LIVE. The 2020 edition of that concert series takes place from January 16 to January 27.
