Secretary Bogor City Health Office Erna Nuraena said, DHF is one of the concentrations of handling in hospitals and health centers,

“From an average of over 100 patients, in February there were only 75 people and the highest was in March as many as 155 people,” Erna said in Bogor City, West Java, Sunday (15/5/2022). There were a total of 611 DHF patients during the first four months of this year.

Erna detailed that in January, during the rainy season, cases of dengue fever patients reached 129 people. Then it fell in February to 75 people, jumped 100 percent to 155 people in March, and began to slope in April to 152 people. The data was obtained from 25 health centers spread across six sub-districts in the city of Bogor.

Then, other symptoms that appear are nausea and vomiting and fatigue and in severe cases severe bleeding and shock can be life-threatening. “In general, DHF sufferers will also experience a fever phase for two to seven days. DHF vigilance needs to be taken seriously by the community,” said Fairuz.
