The Address General of Customs (DGA) and the Address General of Internal Taxes (DGII) reported this Thursday that, after suspicions of possible practices that attack the trade lawful, they began an inspection process of the company Industria del Papel SIDO SRL.
According to a press release, the visit by the supervisory authorities was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current Tax Code and the laws that modify and complement it, as well as the Law of Customs 168-21, and its implementing regulations, in order to detect possible tax and customs crimes by companies that operate in the country.
