DGCINE and CERTV sign an agreement to promote Dominican cinema


The general director of the State Radio and Television Corporation, Nelson Marte, received a visit from Marianna Vargas, head of the General Directorate of Cinema, with whom he held a dialogue, during an act that was attended by Ellis Pérez, president of the CERTV Administrative Council.

Vargas stressed that the Dominican film industry is at its best, due to the investment, projection and public-private policies that are implemented in that area of ​​entertainment communication in the country.

The official highlighted the advancement of cinematography while visiting the State Radio and Television Corporation.

Marrianna, during an interview with the journalist and public relations officer of this television station, Ramón Almánzar, spoke about some of the projects that the General Directorate of Cinema has to project and further dimension Dominican cinema.

During the meeting, both officials agreed to join efforts in order to promote the cinema of the Dominican Republic, through the different platforms that CERTV has.
