TERRAGON is asking creditors to defer interest payments on the 2019/2024 bond
Berlin, May 2, 2022 – TERRAGON AG, a leading project developer in the serviced housing market segment for senior citizens, is asking the bondholders to pay the interest payment due on May 24, 2022 for the bearer bonds 2019/2024 (ISIN: DE000A2GSWY7) for a period of around eight months until January 31, 2023. For this purpose, a joint representative is to be elected who is to be authorized to negotiate and agree with the issuer on the deferral of the claims to interest on the bond that have arisen since May 24, 2021 and are still to come. The deferral of interest is to take place until January 31, 2023. In addition to the deferred interest, the bondholders will receive interest on the deferred interest amount for the period of the deferral, the amount of which is still to be negotiated with the joint representative. For this reason and for the purpose of passing a resolution on the measures mentioned, the company invites its bondholders to a vote without a meeting from May 23 to May 25, 2022.
