State Fund “Agriculture” (DFZ) transferred over BGN 1 million (BGN 1,003,283.84) to 242 potato producers underneath the scheme for state support “Assist to compensate the prices of farmers associated to the implementation of measures underneath the “Nationwide program of measures to regulate soil enemies underneath the potatoes from household Wireworms (Elateridae)“.
The help is meant for small and medium-sized enterprises – farmers who develop potatoes on areas bigger than 1 decare.
Below the scheme, a part of the prices of the farmers for the acquisition of plant safety merchandise to regulate the required pest, that are topic to the Nationwide Program (the Program) of measures to regulate soil enemies of potatoes from the household Wireworms (Elateridae), are compensated.
The quantity of support to fight enemies of potatoes is as much as 100% of the prices of buying plant safety merchandise to forestall the unfold and destruction of the invasion of potato soil pests from the household Wireworms (Elateridae), authorised within the Program, however no more than BGN 1,200/ha, together with VAT, relying on the utilized plant safety merchandise.
