Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —
DFSK introduce electric car The SF5 event to the Indonesian people for the first time at GIIAS Surabaya 2021 will take place at the Grand City Convex, 8-12 December.
PR and Media Manager of PT Sokonindo Automobile, Achmad Rofiqi explained that the presence of the Seres SF5 is one of the company’s commitments to support the introduction of environmentally friendly vehicles in Indonesia as well as to support the development of the electric vehicle automotive industry in Indonesia.
“The SF5 series is proof to the Indonesian market that DFSK will present environmentally friendly vehicles with maximum comfort for everyday vehicles,” said Achmad Rofiqi in an official statement quoted on Wednesday (12/8).
The Seres SF5 is a DFSK electric car that has entered Indonesia, after the previous DFSK Gelora E. The difference is that the Seres SF5 has not been officially sold to consumers. The company is still studying the domestic electric vehicle market to accelerate the DFSK electric car.
“The development presented is inseparable from the experience of DFSK engineers who actually present vehicles that are truly in accordance with the dynamic developments of the times,” said Achmad Rofiqi.
4×4 . technology supported
The Seres SF5 is supported by High Performance Dual Electric Motor technology plus a 4×4 technology drive system.
This SUV is equipped with 2 high-performance electric motors in the form of SEP200AC with a power of 255 kW in front and for the rear type HW150 with a power of 150 kW.
The DFSK Research and Development (R&D) claims the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in only 4.7 seconds.
Both high-performance electric motors are powered by a 35 kWH lithium-ion battery. Drivers can take advantage of a charging station with fast charging capability to charge the battery 20-80 percent in less than 1 hour.
If you don’t find a charging station during the trip, the driver also doesn’t need to worry because the Seres SF5 is equipped with a combustion motor engine that functions as a generator to recharge the battery’s electrical energy when the condition of the remaining electrical energy in the battery is about 20 percent.
Thanks to this technology, the Seres SF5 is claimed to be able to go up to 1,000 kilometers.
