The second round of the 2020/21 season starts in December. The draw for the 2nd round took place on November 8th. All dates, the current schedule and the broadcast of the games live in

The 2nd round in the DFB-Pokal: When will it be played?
The games of the 2nd main round are scheduled for December 22nd and 23rd. Exception: the
FC Bayern Munich will play his game against Kiel at the beginning of January. After the draw on November 8th, the individual pairings, games, dates and the schedule for the 2nd main round are now fixed. The exact times are now also known.

DFB-Pokal live im TV & Stream: Pay-TV, Free-TV, Sky or Sport1?
Good news for fans: The DFB Cup games are live on free TV and free stream from ARD and Sport1 to see. Since the 19/20 season hold next to the ARD and Sky also the Axel Springer SE and just Sport1 Rights to the DFB Cup broadcast. However, only selected games of each round are broadcast there. There is 1 game per free TV channel in the first rounds ARD and Sport1 to see three games in the eighth and quarter finals. Semi-finals and finals will also be shown on free TV for fans.
On the pay TV of the Munich provider Sky all 63 games of the entire DFB-Pokal tournament can be followed live. In addition, fans can use SkyGo see the games up to date in the stream. You can also stream at the ARD – The public broadcaster offers a live stream of all games to which it holds the rights.
In the second round, two games will be shown live on free TV: Borussia Dortmund’s game at Eintracht Braunschweig on December 22nd is live at Sport1 to see. And Holstein Kiel versus Bayern Munich can also be watched by fans on free TV. The ARD will be broadcast live on January 13th.
