Dexlite and Pertamina Dex Prices Rise, If You Want Safe Switch to Bio Solar Do This Trick!

Otomotifnet.com – As reported by website officially, PT Pertamina (Persero) made an adjustment to the price of general fuel oil (BBM).

The decision is in order to implement the Ministerial Decree (Kepmen) ESDM No. 62 K/12/MEM/2020 concerning Basic Price Formula in Calculation of Retail Selling Prices for General Fuel Oil Types of Gasoline and Diesel Oil which are distributed through Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU).

Where there are 3 types of Pertamina fuel that experienced an increase in prices, namely Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite and Pertamina Dex.

Pertamax Turbo (RON 98), which was previously sold for Rp. 12,000 per liter, has now become Rp. 13,500 per liter or an increase of Rp. 1,500 per liter.

Then the Dexlite Cetane Number (CN) 51, which was previously Rp 9,500 Rp, increased by Rp 2,650 per liter, to Rp 12,150 per liter.

Meanwhile, Pertamina Dex (CN 53), which was originally Rp. 11,150, increased by Rp. 2,050 per liter to Rp. 13,200 per liter.

Well, usually when the increase in fuel prices is quite large, especially diesel fuel, many modern diesel car owners who used to use Dexlite or Pertamina Dex, switch to Bio Solar.

Even though the recommendation from the factory for modern diesel which generally carries common-rail technology, it is not recommended to consume low-quality fuel such as bio-diesel.
