Mainstay player U-23 Indonesian National Team Alfeandra Dewangga was seen still enduring pain and limping when the Garuda team arrived in Thailand to perform at AFF U-23 Cup 2023.
Shin Tae Yong’s U-23 Indonesian National Team has arrived in Thailand on Monday (14/8). However, in the video uploaded to PSSI’s Instagram account, it can be seen that the U-23 Indonesian national team player, Alfeandra Dewangga, was still enduring pain and limping when he got off the bus in Thailand.
Seeing the condition of Dewangga who was still injured but still willing to defend the U-23 Indonesian National Team, netizens reacted to comments in the PSSI Instagram comments column.
Many netizens salute Alfeandra Dewangga who continues to fulfill the summons for the Indonesian National Team, even though he arrives injured.
“Dewangga is still injured, I think,” said a netizen.
“Dewangga, the totality of Garuda in my chest. I give a thumbs up,” said one account owner.
“Salute for the sake of Merah Putih he left,” said another netizen.
“I salute Dewangga and PSIS for their nationalism,” said one netizen.
“Because time is running out, it’s difficult to find new players to replace Dewa because the league is rolling and it will add to the problem again. He focuses on healing there, it’s the same as him focusing on healing at the club. Salute to God,” said another netizen.
“Yesterday Dewa was offered not to join but he still left because of many incidents such as Egy Maulana Vikri who said he was injured but played at the club and until now was dropped from the national team. Dewa is slightly injured if he does not join and recover playing at the club can end his career at the national team . It was God’s own choice, not forced,” said another netizen.
Meanwhile, Dewangga admitted that he was still injured when he went with the U-23 Indonesian national team to Thailand.
“Currently, for myself, I still have a little pain in my thigh. Hopefully, I can recover soon,” said Dewangga, Monday (14/8).
The schedule for the U-23 Indonesian national team in the 2023 U-23 AFF Cup Group B will begin by facing Malaysia U-23 at the Rayong Stadium, Thailand, on Friday (18/8).
