There is already a resolution for the Devonte’ Graham case. He guardwho was arrested for driving under the influence in the state of North Carolina, has been suspended for two games by the NBA after pleading guilty to the charges against him.
The League has made a determination with the San Antonio Spurs player more than a year after he was arrested while intoxicated, which occurred when he was still part of the New Orleans Pelicans.
Chosen at number 34 in the 2018 draft, Devonte’ Graham came to the Texas organization last February via transfer. Since landing, he has played an important role under Gregg Popovich to average 13 points, 4 assists and 2.5 rebounds in 26.4 minutes per night. It remains to be seen what role they will have in the 2023-24 academic year.
