Developer Reveals Content Roadmap for Witchfire Leading up to 1.0 Release

Witchfire developer The Astronauts has just revealed a content roadmap for the months ahead of the game’s 1.0 release. Currently, it’s in Early Access, but there’s more to come as some existing parts of the game are reimagined.

according toon the developer’s websitePost, Astronaut plans to release major updates every two months, but the team is not making any commitments at the moment because it looks like that pace may be difficult to keep up with.

At the end of Early Access, we will get 6 new maps. Three of them have been named at Irongate Castle, Crimson Shores and Witch Mountain. The first two already exist, but may get some updates later.

The first of these major updates will be released in November. Codenamed GCU, it will give us a lot of new content to work with. However, it looks like we’ll have to wait for details on what that will include.
